The Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks (CCLB) is pleased to be able to provide a range of publications and materials to support the Canadian Language Benchmarks (CLB) for a growing community of practice. These resources are available through the CCLB and further information on each of them can be obtained by clicking on the titles below. As you will note, some of the publications, besides being available in hard copy from the Centre, can be downloaded directly from our website in PDF format.

Ordering Information

To order any of these publications please click Order Form - April 2009. Simply fill out the order form completely and fax it to the Centre at 613-230-9305 and we will be pleased to process your order as quickly as possible. You can also order by email. Please ensure that you include your name, telephone number, full mailing address, the items that you want to receive and please specify your method of payment.

Out of country orders must be prepaid using a credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that all out of country orders are priced in US dollars. As a result, the actual price that you will pay will be determined by the relevant exchange rate at the time that the order is processed. Out of country orders will not be charged the GST/HST.

If you wish to pay ahead of time by cheque or make a purchase in person at the Centre, please contact us in advance to get a quote for the total cost of your order including taxes and shipping/handling charges (if applicable).

If you would like to become part of the CCLB's email list and receive notification about new products and updates on the Centre's activities, please check the box at the bottom of the order form or contact us by email. Please note however that in order to be put on the email list you must include your email address! You don't have to place an order to be included on the CCLB's email notification. Simply contact us by email and provide the relevant information and we will be happy to include you on the list so that you can be kept up to date on the Centre's activities. You can send an email to the Centre at anytime and request that your name be removed from the list.

A special Note to Bookstores and other Resellers

The CCLB offers special discounts on our publications and support materials to college bookstores and other resellers of our publications. The discounts are based on a graduated scale depending on the size of the order that is placed. It's an easy way to ensure that your students are able to obtain the texts that they need at the best possible price!
