The Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks has received a one-year extension to develop additional resources for its Language for Success digital toolkit in English and French. The Language for Success digital toolkit supports the integration of Skills for Success in second or other language training, which benefits the employment sector in Canada by increasing the knowledge, skills, and resources of second language instructors preparing individuals in Canada to meet the needs of employers, use the talents they bring, and contribute to, and thrive in, an evolving and diverse Canadian economy. 

Funded by the Government of Canada’s Skills for Success program, the Centre for Canadian Language Benchmarks will develop Language for Success digital tool kits in English and French, which will support the integration of Skills for Success in second or other language training. This will benefit immigrants and the employment sector in Canada by increasing the knowledge, skills, and resources of second language teachers preparing newcomers to Canada to meet the needs of employers, use the talents they bring, and contribute to, and thrive in, an evolving and diverse Canadian economy. 

Main Outcome:

Develop Language for Success digital tool kits in English and French.
