Shipping and Handling
Shipping and handling charges on your new order during checkout are estimates only. The final Shipping and Handling charge will be calculated after we receive your order and will depend on volume, means of transportation, location and required delivery date. Sales and shipping of our publications are only offered within Canada.
Returned Packages – Incomplete Address
Please ensure that you provide your complete address including Floor #/Unit #/Suite # when ordering publications. If Canada Post considers the address you provided incomplete, your publication will be returned to our office and we will have to charge you the following:
- initial shipment costs; and
- return shipment costs; and
- third shipment costs to re-send the package to you
HST will be applied to all book sales as well as shipping and handling.
Payment options are either with a cheque or by credit card (MasterCard or VISA).

If you wish to pay for a publications order by MasterCard or VISA, please complete the Payment Form. After completing the form, you may fax the form to 613-230-9305. Alternatively, you may phone the CCLB office at 613-230-7729 and provide your MasterCard or VISA number.
After your order has been processed, it should arrive in one to two weeks. Please note that some publications are printed as required and may require additional time.
