This document is intended for use by all employees of BTC-NCLC and CLBPT licensed assessment centers to provide a list of French/English phrases for communicating with French-speaking clients in language assessment centers. This lexicon was developed with the common communications of the assessment centers in mind, but the document is not exhaustive.

This information is not exhaustive. Please always use your best judgment when accommodating your clients. Think about what is best for the client while keeping in mind the reliability and standardization of the test.
