New French Print Resources:
Alphabétisation pour immigrants adultes en FLS:  Ce document est destiné aux immigrants adultes qui sont peu ou pas alphabétisés dans leur langue maternelle et qui apprennent le français comme langue seconde (FLS). Ce document présente quatre phases de progression en alphabétisation. Ces phases décrivent ce que l’adulte est en mesure d’accomplir à différentes étapes de son apprentissage de base. Ce document ne constitue pas un programme de formation en soi, bien qu’il puisse contribuer à l’élaboration d’un outil d’évaluation. Traduction financée par le Secrétariat national à l’alphabétisation. (Available February 2006) Outil de classement en alphabétisation pour immigrants adultes en FLS: L’outil de classement en alphabétisation (OCA) permet de mieux cerner les habiletés de base en lecture, en écriture et en calcul des immigrants adultes. Il est destiné aux enseignants de français langue seconde et d’alphabétisation, aux conseillers pédagogiques et à toute autre personne oeuvrant auprès d’une clientèle immigrante. Cet outil les aidera à mieux répondre aux besoins d’apprentissage de leurs apprenants. (Available March 2006)

Companion Tables to the CLB 2000:  The primary purpose of the tables is to provide an overview that can facilitate use of the CLB 2000 for task selection, task development, evaluation procedures, assessment development and test instrument alignment. Funded by the Governments of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Citizenship and Immigration Canada. Guidelines for Test Development: A webpage providing guidelines to support excellence in the application of the CLB in test development and links to key resources – including the new Companion Tables. Funded by the Governments of Alberta, British Columbia, Ontario and Citizenship and Immigration Canada.

Lignes directrices nationales pour le CLIC (Cours de langue pour immigrants au Canada) Ce document est un outil pédagogique de portée nationale servant d’appui à la planification de leçons de français langue seconde destinées aux nouveaux arrivants. Les administrateurs de programmes et les formateurs qui oeuvrent dans le programme CLIC devraient se procurer ce document dans le but de mieux servir leur clientèle. Traduction financée par Citoyenneté et Immigration Canada. Adapté par le Centre des niveaux de compétence linguistique canadiens. Mis au point par la Toronto Catholic District School Board.
